Richard Moore MBE – Director
Richard Moore has 9 years commercial experience in resourcing and delivering complex ICT programmes in the defence and security domains principally for QinetiQ Ltd, preceded by a Royal Air Force (RAF) 2-star career (Air Vice-Marshal). Since leaving the RAF he has gained wide experience leading senior customer engagement and delivering practical transformation linked procurement programmes in the UK and overseas. This work incorporated scoping complex national-level needs, often defining the customer requirement and related deliverables. His portfolio has contained research programmes, customer-side support to complex procurements, product supply, and service provision. His military experience included Delivery Team Leader in the UK MOD Defence Equipment and Support Agency, managing some 80 related programmes and projects of >£8Bn in value. Howard Boardman MBE – Principal Associate
Howard Boardman is a highly respected professional programme manager with a proven track record and a high degree of inter-personal skills. He is a self-motivated leader with extensive Programme and Operational Management experience. He has exceptional experience working in the IT industry in a wide range of Programme and Line Management roles, both in the UK and overseas. These roles have been carried out for major blue chip organisations, involving significant global infrastructure upgrades, outsourcing, consolidation, application testing, desktop rollouts and programme assurance assignments. Graham Horwood – Principal Associate
Graham Horwood has 10 years commercial experience in providing specialist defence acquisition support to wide variety of clients in the UK and overseas, principally through his employment with QinetiQ Ltd. This work was preceded by a full career with the UK Royal Air Force as helicopter pilot and instructor where he amassed over 5000 flying hours and gained extensive experience in the operation and support of helicopters worldwide. His commercial defence acquisition portfolio has included: advanced naval systems, armoured fighting vehicles, avionics and air weapon systems associated with fighter programmes. He has also been very active in support to the definition and provision of advanced defence related ICT systems to a number of foreign governments in the joint service environment. In particular, he has an outstanding track record in defining strategy linked operating concepts and expressing this conceptual approach in practical user requirements. [/su_column] [/su_row]
Tim Kidwell OBE – Principal Associate
Tim Kidwell has 8 years commercial experience as a principal consultant working within transformation programmes offering senior stakeholder management and benefits realisation experience delivering enduring enhancements to complex organisations, based on proven programme and project delivery principles. An active Change Management Institute Member, he has had an impressive delivery success record with a wide portfolio of clients such as the Royal Mail Group, Halcrow and the Dublin Underground and the Finnish Defence Forces. His current focus is on building resilient transformation capabilities for complex organisations coping with demanding challenges. Recent clients include UK Government intelligence agencies, UK MoD and the Church of England. An associate of Bournemouth University, Tim regularly lectures on aspects of change and transformation.
